"nbsp;"I
set out to grow my wealth and improve my retirement outcome because I
am concerned that my 401k just won't provide the lifestyle I want
when my work life is over. Even though I expect I'll be able to
continue to work and invest for retirement in my present career, in
today's world, who really knows? I thought real estate mighty provide
an answer but didn't know much about it and was concerned about
property management issues.
"I
found EquityBuild, Inc was the answer to all my concerns. They offer
a long term approach to real estate investing that really made
business sense for me. Since first contacting them about 18 months
ago, I have purchased a managed portfolio that now totals 20
properties. Not only have I made a nice return through the refinance
process in this tough credit market, I am already sitting on
substantial equity within each unit because of their rapid debt
pay-down program.
"Also,
the tax shelter benefit saved me over $35,000 in personal taxes for
2007. My accountant says there is no better tax benefit program going
right now than Go Zone investment and the other traditional tax
reduction that comes with rental real estate. Not to mention we are
helping working families find good, fully rehabbed, affordable homes
to live in. I had my doubts at first but for the limited risk and the
return, EquityBuild's program cannot be beat in this market. I would
recommend Jerry and EquityBuild, Inc to anyone because he not only
cares about your individual financial goals but also your personal
goals."

To: Jerry Cohen, CEO, EquityBuild, Inc.
I noticed on your Website that a number of your clients have offered testimonials regarding EquityBuild's remarkable program. As a full-time post-graduate economics student at a pricey University with a job and a beautiful new baby boy, I thought I ought to add my comments. You can imagine how difficult it has been finding the time and money to keep body and soul together, especially as my wife is also in a full-time doctoral program.
Frankly, the EquityBuild program has been a life-saver. I bought four investment rental properties in 2007 that led to a tax refund of nearly $20,000. I continued with the program and now own nine income-earning properties. Because of the tax-shelter component associated with real estate investments, my salary withholding has been virtually eliminated. As a result, I'm taking home a significantly larger paycheck and can afford to work less hours. I also own now about $300,000 in equity and am taking some of the income from my properties to help with tuition and expenses. All this has been accomplished in only about a year, so I would personally like to give you my thanks and recommendation. This program has not only given me more time with family, it gives me more time for my studies and research. Once again, you have my thanks.

To EquityBuild:
I just wanted to send you and all the great folks at EquityBuild this note of thanks. Not only did everyone put up with my endless questions and concerns while I was researching your product, they encouraged me to make certain that I was comfortable with the program.
As a result, I started slowly, adding only two homes to my portfolio initially. The $10,000 check the bank sent me when that transaction closed finally overcame my skepticism that an offering this good could be real. Add to that the fact that I will pay far less tax this year and for the foreseeable future -- having paid not a single dollar of my own money -- and you have my sincerest gratitude. Please continue to add properties to my portfolio. I am opting for the program of accelerated pay down of a single property so that I can reuse my Fannie Mae guaranteed loans for additional purchases.
Sincerely, Pat C. (original document on file) |
